I got an order for a solid wall Dodecahedron so I worked out the saw jigs for a really sharp edge where any two planes meet. These are made of 5mm fine birch ply so they are light weight & hollow inside yet still quite strong. They are great as retail display or educational. I can stain & seal them, or leave them paint ready depending on what one wishes to do with them.

9" tall

The other Platonic Solids in solid wall comming soon!
:)

Yay solids! Although I have to say that I really like seeing the interplay of all the lines when you see the framework alone like the rest of your work.

Thanks Viking I agree too. I like seeing how the edges on opposite sides interact with each other, but there are a few who really do prefer the solid surfaces for various reasons si I figured lets just do them all
